Refund policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, your money will be refunded minus shipping and handling and any insurances. I must be notified before any return - I will not accept a return I have not been previously been made aware of. The item must be returned within seven (7) days in the same excellent condition it was sent out. Custom orders, particularly those that have been personalized, are not returnable and have a non-refundable deposit.

It is my suggestion that the item being returned has Tracking added to it for your peace of mind. That way, you KNOW that the piece was delivered to the return address. It only costs a nominal fee to add Delivery Confirmation to a package. The buyer is responsible for all return fees.

Sterling silver and bronze will tarnish and add patina over time. I will not accept returns on items that have tarnished.
